December 29 my husband and I were driving to Florida. Our car was making a disturbing noise. We stopped and they quickly looked at it and determined that the rear bearings on drivers side were completely shot. They ordered the part and within 4 hours we were on the road. While waiting I was able to watch how they took care of every person who walked through the door. I might add non of these people had an appointment. If I lived in this area this would be the only place I’d take my car. Thank you Monteagle Tire & Auto Service.
We broke down and found this shop. They were unable to find our part in the time frame we needed it, but were fine with us having it sent next day to the shop to be installed.

We were from out of town and had car trouble and a local police officer recommended we take it here and they took us in right away they diagnosed the problem and we're extremely reasonable on the charges. Could not have been happier to find this place!! Now if only they weren't 3.5 hours away!!
Had car trouble on the way back to Florida and had to pull off at Mt Eagle and I had to leave my car with Javen at Mt Eagle Auto. He found that I needed a new engine and he took it upon himself to call the car dealer and they agreed to take care of it. Javen then had my vehicle towed to the dealer in Tullahoma and from there that matter was resolved. Javen did not charge me anything for his services and he went above and beyond the call of duty. I thank him for what he did and would recommend anyone that needs a mechanic and you are in the area stop by. He is a terrific guy and you will do right by him. Thank you Javen, I am now back in Florida.
