I tend to compare prices in all outdoor stores and did not find any mark ups -- in fact there were sales on items that are full price everywhere else!
Mountain Outfitters is one of those fun places to walk around and see what they have to offer, the store has the best vibe. It is so unique for the area! You can find all sorts of neat camping gear and unexpected gems!
I love shopping at mountain outfitters! The store is such a cool atmosphere, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I went in to the store before a camping trip (which I was completely unprepared for) and their staff worked with me for over an hour and helped me find the essential supplies and the best prices. Plus their sales are great! I highly recommend making a trip up the mountain to visit this place.

Great place- love the Patagonia and yeti stuff there. Just bought a jacket an hour ago but then found it online for 15.00 less. I took off one star off because nothing is returnable only for store credit.
