Stayed in Monteagle for our anniversary. Asked the lady that answered the phone if she could deliver flowers to our hotel room to surprise my wife. She said they were closing soon for the day. I asked about the next day, she said they're not open on Saturdays.
The people here are wonderful. I went in for a simple arrangement and was treated with both hospitality and professionalism. I will be continue to do business here.
Hopefully, this review will prevent others from making the same mistake of using this florist.
We both had met with the florist ahead of time, and my wife told her exactly what she wanted and even gave her printed pictures of what she liked. When the wedding came around, on the tables for the reception were carnations in plastic vases( not the roses and peonies my wife wanted, and the florist had promised). The centerpieces looked like they were purchased from the nearest walmart and brought to the reception.
I simply said thank you and hung up. The owners of this shop must be filthy rich. They have no need for your business.

Paid $1200 for wedding and reception flowers in 2012, and ended up being highly disappointed in the florist. The flowers for the ceremony were nice, but the reception flowers were unacceptable.
