Broke down at the top of the mountain in Monteagle and this lowlife charged me $275 CASH to tow a small car approximately 5 miles. Obviously, Fred Messick is in the business of taking advantage of people who are in a tough situation. What stranded motorist carries around that kind of cash?

Got stuck in the median and was charged $275 JUST TO PULL ME OUT. I wasn't towed. I drove away. He claimed that was the 'state rate' since a trooper called instead of me. I called the THP and they said that $275 is the maximum that can be charged but I should have received the maximum amount of service. And he insisted on CASH. Something is definitely afoot with this place.
Called and spoke with a driver who couldn't maintain his lane. Pretty sure he was drunk. Sounded agitated that I called and abruptly said I'm going to a law enforcement call and hung up on me! Like that's an excuse to take both lanes with varying speeds exactly like what a drunk does??
